End of day tasks

You are invited to complete this form as you carry out the tasks below.

Time to wrap up the day!

We're counting on you to make sure everything's in order for the next day.

a) Cleaning the dishes 

You can clean your dishes in the washing-up bowl in the bathroom, dry them and place them next to the coffee machine.

You can use the dish soap available in the tub and the drying towel available on the hook.

b) Make sure the windows are closed

It's important to make sure they're closed, by checking that the release button is white.

c) Make sure the coffee machine is clean 

It's always nice to have access to a clean machine!

Make sure it's ready to use for the next day.

If you need it to clean itself from the inside, click on the ⏻ button at the top of the machine and it will stop following the process.

You can use the brush available to remove the coffee bean powder from inside the machine.

You'll find it in the cup corner!

Here are the procedures for removing the bin compartments to clean the entire coffee machine :

1. Remove the stanless grid

2. Pull the white container

3. Remove the black container

4. Remove the white container support

5. Remove the white container

Now you can wash everything in the bathroom!

Make sure you scrub well with the tools (brush and sponge) provided in the washing-up bowl.

d) Disconnecting the wire from the tea machine

You can refill the machine with water if the reservoir is empty.

To do this, open the tank by pressing the tab.

Water is available in 4L from the water dispenser.

e) Check that the thermostat near the desks in the rear section has dropped to 18°c.

You can do this by clicking on the ☼ button.

In the area behind the door leading to the lunchroom, you can turn the thermostat wheel to 18°c.

f) Nettoyer les tables et bureaux utilisés

You can do this with the Attitude product available in the storage bins in the bathroom.

Use paper towels to wash!

g) Disposing of garbage can contents and recycling

You can dispose of the contents in the bins at the back of the house. They're in the parking lot.

Make sure there's always a bag in the garbage and recycling garbage can, as bags are available in the wardrobe at the entrance.

Make sure the toilet is clean! 

You can wash it with the toilet brush available right next to it.

We recommend using Attitude to clean the inside and around the toilet.

You can use the paper towels to clean everything.

Don't forget to throw out the bathroom trash before you leave!

And put on a new bag. 😇
