It's now time to prepare the office for your colleagues.

a) Set the thermostats to 23°c

23°c is the consensus for comfortable working environment! There are two in total:

• behind the door leading to lunch

• near the desks in the rear section

b) Turning on the coffee machine

It's important to read the instructions on the machine's yellow coupon before turning it on.

Make sure you have enough coffee beans (you can refill the machine if necessary).

Coffee beans are located near the coffee machine.

c) Switch on the tea machine by connecting the black wire at the back.

Once the machine is switched on, you have a choice of temperatures for making tea:

• 208°F / 100°c (Herbal tea temperature)

• 195°F / 90°c (Black tea temperature)

• 175°F / 80°c (Green tea temperature)

• 160°F / 70°c (Low temperature)

Click the TEMP SET button to select the desired temperature.

Once the temperature has been chosen, click twice on the REBOIL button.

No need to boil water unless you use tap water! The red light will flash once the process is activated.

A typical melody will sound once the water has reached temperature.

Once hot water is available, click on the UNLOCK button and the DISPENSE button to fill your cup.

Cups are available near the coffee machine.

Tea bags are available in the bins next to the machine and in the brown box next to the coffee machine.
