To connect to our Wi-Fi network, turn on your device and select HiltonHonorsWi-Fi. Launch your browser, accept the terms and follow the instructions.

Between rooms (floors 1 through 9): 7 + room number

Between rooms (floors 10 through 20): Room number

In case of emergency: 3911

Local and toll-free: 9 + number

In Canada or the United States: 9 + 1 + number (Bell rates + 50%, plus tax)

Overseas: 9 + 011 + number (Bell rates + 50%, plus tax)

If the phone light is blinking, you have a message. To listen to it, pick up the receiver and press the Message key. 

Press 0 to have the hotel reception desk schedule a wake-up call.

Use the default code (1111 or 11111) to unlock the safe; put your valuables inside and close the door.

To lock it, choose a code, enter it and press the lock button.

Your code will briefly be shown on screen to confirm that the safe is locked. 

Be sure to fill the water chamber then press the rectangular button to turn on the machine.

Pull the handle back, insert the pod and pull the handle forward.

Select your preferred coffee size (small or large). Simply wait a few moments while the machine does the rest.
