• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication and Management (2004 - 2007)
• DEC in Literature and Art (2000 - 2003)

👉 Isabelle understands the challenges of a project with finesse and depth, taking into account the interdependencies between the human, organizational and technical dimensions.

Please note for making appointments: Isabelle's agenda is the busiest of the team with time slots varying between 10 and 20 minutes.

Role: Project Management and Customer Success

Profile:

• College Diploma (Arts, Literature and Communication) from the Cégep de Saint-Foy (2017 - 2019)
• Tourism Technology from Cégep Limoilou (2019 - 2022)

👉 Angélique shines in the management of complex projects involving many stakeholders. It is used to supporting tourist entities, accommodation and entertainment venues.

Please note that when making an appointment: Angélique is available from Tuesday to Thursday with time slots varying between 20, 30 or 45 minutes.

Role: Project management and content creation

Profile:

• Master's degree in History and Heritage in France (2015 - 2017)
• Master's degree in Museology from UQAM (2018 - 2021)

👉 Fanny stands out for her ability to develop creative projects that engage visitors. She is used to accompanying museums, interpretation centres and historic sites.

Please note that when making an appointment: Fanny is available from Tuesday to Thursday with time slots varying between 15, 30 or 45 minutes.

Rôle : Documentation et assurance qualité

👉 Joëlle ensures the proper functioning of the technology by supervising the tech department within the organization.
