Settler Maple Syrup Production by the Museopark Team
Maple syrup production is a First Nations invention. Come learn how sap is tapped, collected, and transformed using techniques from the time of the settlers to today. We will explore the history, science, and culture of maple at this interactive station! As we are not Indigenous, we will not be discussing Indigenous traditions.
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday: 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
