If housekeeper came by your suite earlier but your "Do not disturb" sign was on, please call the front desk before 4p.m. to receive your service. If you stay more than one night, you can contribute to our monthly donation! For each refusal of housekeeping service, $5 is donated to our monthly organization. Contact our front desk agent to learn more.

NEWSPAPER / MAGAZINE Enjoy complimentary and unlimited access to more than 7000 newspapers and magazines from over the world, and read them whenever you want! Connect to our WIFI network and download the press reader app to get started. Please note that PRESS READER will only work while logged in at the Hotel's WIFI.
AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING The air conditioning and heating unit is located on the wall near the entrance of the living room. The settings can easily be adjusted to the desired temperature.
BEVERAGE You have a choice of red, rosé and white wines (in the fridge). Additional charges of $55+tax/bottle, will automatically be applied to your account. Nespresso coffee maker: we have provided 3 complimentary capsules for your enjoyment. Additional capsules are available on request.
FIREPLACE Your suite may be equipped with a fireplace. The control unit for the electric fireplace is located right above the glass window, behind the screen. The intensity of both heating and lighting can be adjusted to the desired setting. Unfortunately, new municipal bylaw made wood fireplaces illegal in Montreal.
IN-ROOM MASSAGE A massage in the comfort of your suite entices you? Our partner Spa Appia offers a complete menu of spa treatments and massages, available in your suite. Please contact our concierge to make your reservation.
LAUNDRY SERVICE / DRY CLEANING Dry cleaning and laundry services are available 7 days a week. Clothing that is picked up before 9.00 a.m. will be returned to your room 24 to 48 hours later. Laundry bags and forms can be found in your suite’s closet.
Out of respect for your privacy, no laundry bags will be picked up without your request at the reception desk.
PETS Your small pet is welcome at the Hotel. However, a flat rate of $75+tax per pet will be automatically charged to your account to cover extra housekeeping. Limit of 2 small pets/room.
Additional fees may apply if your pet disturbs the peace and quiet of other guests or damages the room.

WATER and ice dispensers are located near the elevators on each floor (except on the first floor). Please note that the tap water in your room is also drinkable.
