1. Preheat the powder oven to a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius.

2. Place the fully prepared wheel in the preheated oven when it is at the temperature indicated and degas for 30 to 40 minutes depending on the size of the wheel.

3. Remove the wheel from the oven by the jig and hang it in the booth, ready to be coated using an HV electrostatic powder gun.

4. Apply PCP-2 or PCPB-2 powder primer immediately to the hot wheel. The application should start at the rear and sides of the wheel, then continue towards the front, ensuring complete coverage.

5. Once the wheel is covered with a visually acceptable layer over its entire surface, return it to the oven and cure for 30 to 35 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius.
