YES! It is a bottle that contained a substance with a strong odour.

A strong odour?

It is a substance composed of ammonia salts. Its smell is so strong that it was used to wake up ladies who lost consciousness.

Why did ladies often faint? 😱😱😱

Ladies wore corsets that were too tight, and the reception rooms were often overheated.

Always on your person!

Fainting was so frequent that the ladies always kept a small vial with ammonia salts with them. This one was found on the site where you are now. It is three centimetres high, the length of your parents' thumb. It was probably worn around the neck as a necklace.
