A methodology focused on collaboration

The success of a project is aligned with our ability to fully meet your tourism objectives.
To do this, we immerse ourselves in the character of the places involved in your project and offer you storytelling and initial concrete content rooted in your reality on the ground.

To achieve this, significant effort is put into the project launch . Our managers conduct a site visit to better understand the visitor experience, learn from your expert stakeholders, and identify opportunities to improve the experience.
We like to work in lean mode, in order to quickly validate that all stakeholders are well aligned with the project objectives.
Here's how we work:
In the morning: Members of our team will visit the chosen location(s) accompanied by a historian or members of your team. Initial points of interest will be identified, and video footage will be recorded showcasing stories, unusual facts, etc. This will allow us to identify relevant information to highlight .
In the afternoon: The MySmartJourney team settles into allocated offices or a hotel and works on early iterations of content , while the information gathered is still fresh in our minds.
Late afternoon: During a meeting between MySmartJourney and your teams, we present our initial points to gather your feedback while the morning visit is still fresh in your minds. This makes it easier for you to give us feedback and understand how we use the information you provide. This creates synergy, and the initial foundations of the journey begin to take shape.
In the days that follow: these initial points created are subsequently modified according to the feedback you have given us, and then sent back to you to validate the direction .
The result: after just a few days of work, the project has a good foundation that we can easily develop and improve.
In order to continue our mandate, we will use the video, photo and audio recordings made during our presence on site in order to easily continue working on the missing content remotely.

Subsequently, throughout the project, we will present you with intermediate deliverables on which we will ask for your feedback to ensure that we are meeting your needs.
Finally, during deployment, we come with you to test the route on site in order to adjust it immediately to the realities on the ground.
