Our rates are based on an annual license, adjusted according to the number of QR codes required and the features needed to complete your project.
An implementation cost is required in the first year to train your teams on how to use the tool and support the project workload to ensure deliverables are completed according to your deadlines.
Depending on the scope of the project and the level of support required, the cost for the first year can vary between $700 and $20,000.
It is also possible to set up a low-cost pilot project to test targeted communication angles before wider deployment.
Details of annual or monthly packages
👉 We offer 5 packages, starting with one mini-site (QR code) and going up to 60 mini-sites (QR codes). You can customize your package with the number of mini-sites of your choice.
👉 Each mini-site has a specific number of subpages, allowing you to create interactive quizzes and redirect users to other stations. It is also possible to add more depending on the package selected.
👉 A bank of page views (consultations) is provided according to the package. Please note that a page view is generated each time a visitor scans a QR code or clicks on a subpage.
Setup details (paid once at startup)
👉 The setup cost includes the desired training time , which may vary depending on the complexity of the project and our level of involvement.
👉 The setup cost includes the creation of a graphic customization of your application according to your brand image and the partners involved in the project.
👉 The setup cost includes NFC tokens , an alternative entry point to your content, depending on your project needs.
