A project with MySmartJourney can be completed in just five steps:

- Application creation and technical guidance

1. Choosing your license and setting it up
The first step is to define your MySmartJourney package based on your resources, budget, and the planned timeline for deploying your project.
Depending on the nature of the project, additional support hours can be added to leverage our expertise in creating on-site digital experiences. The duration of content integration and deployment can therefore vary: some clients are entirely self-sufficient, while others benefit from regular follow-up meetings with our project managers for more intensive support.
2. Creation of your application and technical guidance
Once you have chosen your package with a personalized quote tailored to your needs, the second step begins: signing the contract and issuing the first invoice for the project! This is also the opportunity to confirm the payment terms according to the support and customized development.
Once the contract is signed, you will receive the necessary forms to create and customize your application to reflect your brand. Instructional videos are available to guide you through the process.
You also receive technical guidance in a short video format, with the option of a video conference appointment if needed, depending on your questions.

3. Centralizing your content and planning the schedule
The third step involves gathering your existing content and listing the content to be created using your internal and external resources (audio, video, archive photos, storytelling, quiz formats, physical displays, etc.). We provide access to a Drive space where you can upload your files as needed.
This step can be carried out in collaboration with our team , according to the support hours allocated in your initial contract. It is also possible to schedule an on-site visit with our content creation experts to work directly with your teams and accelerate the content creation process.
During this phase, we define the timeline and agree on the major project milestones (initial content prototypes, revisions to physical displays, official launch date, etc.). This planning can be done independently by you or during a video conference with our project managers.
4. Creation and integration of your content into the platform
The most exciting step: bringing your content to life in your MySmartJourney space! Create and develop your content whenever you want, at your own pace. We give you access to various resources (tutorials, display recommendations guide, technical specifications guide for integrating visuals into the platform, etc.) to help you work more efficiently.
This fourth step, like the previous one, can be carried out in collaboration with our team , according to the coaching hours allocated in your initial contract. It is also possible to purchase coaching hours "Ã la carte" during your license period, as needed.
A chat system is integrated into the platform, allowing you to ask your questions directly to our technical team. Regardless of the initial support option you choose, we ensure you can find the answers you need at any time, all in one convenient workspace!

5. Revisions and adjustments in preparation for the official launch
The fifth step involves testing your content with the QR codes available in your workspace and finalizing your physical materials in collaboration with your external suppliers (graphics, QR code positioning, call to action, context around the scan, etc.).
You can also contact our team for feedback on your physical materials to ensure the highest possible scan rate. Once the physical materials are installed in your physical spaces, we also recommend testing your content as your visitors would experience it, and adjusting it as needed.
When the experience developed with MySmartJourney is ready to be unveiled to the public, we invite you to post about it on your social media channels and perhaps write a case study for our website to help promote your project. You've succeeded!
